Looking for a Jeffrey Giddens born 2/9/1959 in Ely, he was adopted but do not know if his name was changed! His parents were Pamela Giddens nee Stearn and Geoffrey Hull he had siblings by the names of Marlene Ann Giddens, Trevor Giddens, and Robert Charles Giddens, their Father was Arthur Giddens, Roberts name was changed to Welch when adopted, I would be very grateful for any info.
