We were contracted to undertake a conservatory build on the back of a garage conversion in Walsoken. Never paid for the work- customer was very happy with our work, his was appalling though. We undertook finishing off a lot of the work as he left site leaving a mess behind him.

We have taken him and his wife to County Court and registered court judgements against both for £6k. Passed to a debt collection agency and now getting some stage payments on a monthly basis. At this stage only got back our expenses in legal matters.

This man is a con man and I would strongly urge that his is not contracted to undertake any works.

We have now entered the garage conversion market and have successfully completed 2 conversions already this year and in the final stage of our third one. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, so if anyone does require
work undertaken of this nature please get in contact, we have plenty of customers who will recommend our work in the home improvement market.

Teflon Perrin - nothing seems to stick.   All I hope is that his reputation proceeds him with the flats, and people stay away from them.

We heard that he has left Chatteris and moved elsewhere. He'll soon upset somebody else.

Yesterday afternoon I received a phone call from a woman in the Huntingdon area. She had taken him on to build a conservatory. She told me that her husband died last year, I said it wouldn't bother Perrin, and she had given Perrin her savings of £10,000, I said that wouldn't bother him either. She said the work was so bad that she told him to leave, so he did, taking all the materials, and not giving her any money back. She was going to involve the police but I told her that they're not interested as it's considered a civil matter and not a legal matter. If she asks for the money back he'll quote 'breach of contract' and give her nothing. If she spends £2,500 getting him to court she'll win judgement and get offered about £50 a month if she's lucky. Remember the name, KEN PERRIN, and warn everybody that you know, NOT to use him.
