58-year-old man arrested following drugs raid in Wimbish

A 58-year-old man has been arrested following the recovery of 12 plants and 15 seedlings, which are believed to be cannabis, from a house in Wimbish on Tuesday (November 24).

Essex Police executed a drugs warrant and the plants were discovered in an outbuilding at the property in Thaxted Road.

The man was arrested on suspicion of cannabis production and has been released on police bail until January 18.
