All lanes reopen on M11 from Stansted Airport after collision involving motorcyclist

All lanes of the M11 near Stansted Airport are now clear following a collision involving a motorcyclist which temporarily closed the northbound carriageway.

According to Highways England the collision occurred between junction 8 and junction 9 and that emergency services and traffic officers attended the scene.

Highways England have since tweeted that the motorway is now clear.

It reads: “All lanes are clear on #M11 both ways btwn J8- J9 following a collision involving a motorbike.

“Delays are easing slowly, traffic is flowing.”
