Police have appealed for help from the public to identify three men suspected of stealing £760 of alcohol from a Saffron Walden supermarket.

A total of 44 bottles of Smirnoff vodka, Gordon’s gin, Bacardi and Captain Morgan’s Spiced Gold rum were taken from the Tesco store in Radwinter Road at about 3.30pm on Tuesday, December 3.

The three men seen in the CCTV images are believed to have loaded the bottles into Bags for Life in a trolley then left the store making no attempt to pay.

Any witnesses or anyone who can identify any of the men, who are all thought to be in their 20s, should contact Pc Rosie Bennett at Saffron Walden on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
