A DEBATE on whether Saffron Walden Town Council should increase its council tax precept has been delayed until Thursday January 24.
Councillors were due to discuss the issue today (Thursday) but Simon Lloyd, town clerk, said the delay was due to a change in Government rules which required councils to carry out revised calculations.
