The new membership year for Friends & Co (Saffron Walden) has had a flying start. Recent activities have included a Sunday lunch, attending a local stage show, a barbecue and a dinner.

A visit to a London show in the new year is one of the things being planned. Ideas are always welcomed for activities that may be shared by small or large numbers. The next fortnightly meeting will be at the Eight Bells at 8pm on Thursday July 27. A warm welcome is extended to people aged 40+ who would enjoy company on a purely friendly basis.
