Drivers heading towards London from west Suffolk and Essex are being warned of delays after a nine-vehicle crash on the M11.

Police were called at 4.10pm to the incident, which is between junction nine for Great Chesterford and junction eight at the A120.

No-one is believed to be injured and traffic is moving slowly, but drivers are warned there are delays.

Officers are also at the scene of a crash involving one lorry on the northbound M11 between junctions six and seven.

Police were contacted at 4.30pm with reports the lorry had overturned on the slip road from the M25 onto the M11.
