Snow has fallen in many parts of Uttlesford after below freezing conditions overnight, with more expected to pass through Essex between 9am and 11am this morning (January 13).
Commuters making their way home could see snow fall snow during the rush hour, with the possibility of heavier snow hitting the region between 4am and 5am on Friday.
Boiler failings caused the Day Centre in Saffron Walden to close for the second day this week (January 5 and 6).
