Working layouts and trade stands on offer at Saffron Walden Model Railway Club’s annual exhibition

Saffron Walden Model Railway Club will be holding its annual exhibition at the United Reformed Church in Abbey Lane later this month.

The exhibition will feature up to 10 working layouts, trade stands, second hand sales and refreshments.

It is beingheld on Saturday, February 22, from 10am to 4.30pm.

Entry costs are £3 for adults, £2.50 concessions, and £1 for children.

Councillors defeated the vote of no confidence in Uttlesford District Council (UDC) leader, cllr Howard Rolfe, by 31 votes to 10.

Last night (Thursday) the leader of Uttlesford District Council (UDC) survived a vote of no confidence, amid a meeting packed full of posturing, accusations and apologies.
