In the letters page of the Reporter of November 6, Cllr Ketteridge has invited Geoff Riley to a private meeting to discuss the council's investment policy and financial situation.

I would like to point out to Cllr Ketteridge that the population of Uttlesford is not one. He and his colleagues owe an explanation to all the residents of Uttlesford.

I would therefore suggest that instead of a private meeting, he should organise a public meeting for all interested residents.
