Saffron Dynamos 2 Linton Granta A 4

SAFFRON Dynamos tasted defeat at the hands of Linton Granta at the Barracks on Saturday.

They started well but as the half professed found it tough going against the second placed outfit, who took a two-goal advantage into the break.

Linton added a third in the second half before Daniel Rouse gave Dynamos some hope with a well-taken goal on 59 minutes. Not long after Linton grabbed a fourth to seal the victory.

Substitute Milton Mendes reduced the deficit with a 25-yard shot on 75 minutes but the hosts were unable to add any more.

Dynamos host unbeaten and league favourites Castle Camps at the Barracks on Saturday, 3pm kick off.

Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue FC 1 Radwinter 7

RADWINTER got back to winning ways with a comprehensive victory over a plucky Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue side.

Goals from captain Adam Ashenden and a hat-tricks from Terry Heath and Jake Young showed the dominance shown by Radwinter throughout the game. The win moves Radwinter back into third in the table.
