Swimming: Success for Saffron Seals in round three of Essex Mini League

Saffron Seals had 14 personal best times and one gold sprint award as the squad finished second in the third round of the Essex Mini League, on Saturday.

The Saffron Walden hosted the tie, welcoming sqauds from Basildon, Colchester, Hornchurch and Rochford. Colchester won the meet with 186 points. Seals were second with 151. Round four will be held in September at Braintree.
