CLASSICAL musicians from all walks of life will join forces for a unique season of concerts showcasing the greatest talent from across the district.
Uttlesforde Orchestra is made up of members from a variety of ages and backgrounds, school leavers to seasoned troubadours, culminating in an exciting mix of local talent who have performed at many prestigious venues.
The concerts will take place at Saffron Walden Town Hall, kicking off with the opening night on Saturday February 9.
Schubert’s Symphony no.8 (Unfinished), Mozart’s Horn Concerto No.4 and Vaughan Williams’ Symphony No. 5 make up the programme.
Further nights will take place on April 27 and June 8. The concerts all start at 7.30pm.
Tickets for the concerts are £10 for adults, £8 concessions, and are available from the Saffron Walden Tourist Information Centre in the Market Place or by calling 01799 524002.
