Simon and Garfunkel ‘Through the Years’ comes to Haverhill Arts Centre on Thursday February 21 at 8pm.

The show not only features delicate and accurate performances of all folk-rock duo’s hits, but also video clips giving their personal account of their rise to fame.

Pete Richards and Dan Haynes, of Bookends, developed the show, which is the only one of its kind, to celebrate the music and careers of their musical heroes; the two boys from Queens, New York.

It promises to be a fascinating insight into one of the most famous and enduring musical double acts of the 20th century combining Bookends’ faithful renditions of such hits as Mrs Robinson,

The Boxer and The Sound of Silence, plus album tracks such as Feelin’ Groovy with video and audio clips that date from their first release under the name of Tom and Jerry, through to their break up following the Bridge Over Troubled Water album.

Tickets are £12 (£10 concessions), from 01440 714140 or haverhillartscentre.co.uk
