Nearly 13,000 pre-school children, parents and carers are expected to be overwhelmed with wonder as they experience this unique boutique festival, in Chelmsford.

The festival will be full of activities and performances to enthuse both children and adults alike, including arts and craft-making sessions, a enormous sandpit, a mini farm, storytelling, and much more. The beautiful village of tents, tepees and domes will host an array of playful activities to inspire and entertain.

Organising the festival, Liam Rich, cultural events manager at Chelmsford City Council, said: “This year we’ve moved to Hylands Park to offer even more children and their parents or carers the chance to experience our very unique event.

“The festival provides the perfect opportunity for mums and dads to spend a day of fun with their little ones and be inspired to try something new.”

The festival will also include parenting information and advice area, on site cafés, bottle warming and food heating facilities, and a nursing and nappy changing tent.

Tickets are on sale priced at £8.50 (adults and children), and £3 for under 2s. To find out more, visit chelmsford.gov.uk/3foot.
