Saffron Players’ pantomime returns with Snow White

This year’s pantomime from the Saffron Players is Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, as ever, the costumes are made by Sue James who worked on Pirates of the Caribbean.

The show is at Saffron Walden Town Hall over two weekends, January 12-14 and January 19-20.

Snow White is played by Frayr Bridgeman and her real life boyfriend, Callum Blackmore plays the Prince. Re-joinnig the group after moving back to the town is Saffron Walden Town Football Club Chairman Jonathan Scripps who plays the wicked Stepmother. Rob Fernall who played the popular character Snivel in Sleeping Beauty last year (and also covered the voice for the Dame off stage after the actor lost his voice) is playing the Mirror. The choreographer is Elizabeth Cowell who owns dance school EC-Dance.

Both Fridays at 7.30pm, both Saturdays at 2.30pm and 6.30pm, Sunday, January 14 at 2.30pm. Tickets £8-£10, family £30 from or tourist information 01799 524002.
