ZANY clowns, contortionists and acrobats galore will be returning to Saffron Walden as Jay Miller’s Circus brings a new production for 2013.
Leading the show is the talented Ringmaster Ross Farrer, whose patience is once more tested to the limit by the master of mayhem and mirth, the zany, unpredictable clown, Peppi.
Farrer introduces international circus artists, including The Jumping Juniors flying high on their teeter board, and Blackpool’s Joel Hatton, whose new uni-cycle routine defies danger.
Every child’s super-hero Spiderman takes time out from protecting the streets of America as he bounds and leaps upon the vertical pole, while Jodi and Ashli pair up on the double hoop.
Appearing together again after a five-year break, presenting grace and artistry high in the roof of the Big Top on the Hanging Perch, are Krisztian and Zsofia, pictured above right. Appearing in her debut year is contortionist Paige Miller while Monika performs using long silk drapes.
The circus is suitable for all ages and is on the Common on September 23 (6pm only), September 24 (5pm and 7.30pm) and September 25 (4.30pm only).
