WE HELD a Macmillan coffee morning at Custerson Court on September 26.
People came from Audley Court, Baptist Church lunch club, U3A music group and the Townswomen's Guild - many thanks to all who came and for the prizes and cakes which were generously given.
It was a lovely morning and even the weather was kind, allowing people to have coffee sat in the garden in sunshine. We raised £415.20, which was achieved by holding a raffle, bring-and-buy and a cake stall.
Thanks again to all who contributed towards this very worthwhile cause.
