Low crime’ no comfort

I would think the residents of Saffron Walden must be becoming a bit tired with the succession of senior police officers arriving to take charge of local policing stating this area is one of low crime rates . Whilst this may be true in comparison to area
I would think the residents of Saffron Walden must be becoming a bit tired with the succession of senior police officers arriving to take charge of local policing stating this area is one of "low crime rates".
Whilst this may be true in comparison to areas of higher population, it is no comfort to those who have been victims of crime in our area.
