A PETITION signed by 20 local historians, representing large swathes of north west Essex, has been sent by the Recorders of Uttlesford History, objecting to the planning application by BAA to develop a second runway at Stansted Airport.
The Recorders of Uttlesford History are an established federation of historians and local history societies which covers the Uttlesford district.
