THANK you to Yvonne Morton (Postbag, 'Stansted' August 21) for putting pen to paper and joining the growing voices of support for our plans to grow and develop Stansted Airport. Those plans are right for the region and right for the future.
If you support the second runway development, the growth and opportunities it will bring to this region, which include 13,000 new jobs, more destinations to travel too and new business opportunities then you too can make sure your voice heard. Letters of support can be sent to Uttlesford District Council by either e-mailing planning@uttlesford.gov.uk, or writing directly to Director of Development, Uttlesford District Council, The Council Offices, London Road, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB11 4ER. Letters must be received by September 25 2008.
