(CONNIE) The family would like to thank everyone for the cards, flowers and messages of sympathy and offers of support which have been a great comfort. Thank you also to everyone who donated to Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust in Connie's memory. A special thanks to Ross Nursing, Stanley Wilson Lodge Care Home and the team at Addenbrookes Hospital.
