POLICE are looking to trace a vehicle used by thieves to make off from a ram raid at Addenbrooke’s Hospital.
The suspects used a Mitsubishi Shogun to smash through a set of doors of the hospital in Keith Day Road at about 11.45pm on Friday (March 9) before stealing the ATM.
They made off in a green BMW estate, registration L315 UUF, which had been stolen from an address in Great Shelford overnight between Wednesday and Thursday.
It was last seen being driven through Stapleford.
Det Sgt Susie Hine has urged anyone who saw where the BMW went after the incident or anything suspicious around the time of the raid to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
