The Radwinter Repair Café is now open for bookings to repair broken items and prevent them ending up in landfill.
The event will take place from 11am to 2pm on Saturday, January 14 in Radwinter Recreation Ground Pavilion.
Anyone with an item in need of repair can book an appointment and bring it along for the fixers to take a look. If it is beyond their skills they will point in the direction of professional help.
Among the items fixed at the last repair café was Joseph from the church's nativity scene, which was accidentally beheaded during dusting.
During the session Radwinter WI will serve tea, coffee and homemade cake.
To book, or join the team of volunteer fixers, email radwinterrepaircafe@gmail.com.
