A musician from Birchanger has been charged with 12 offences relating to indecent images of children and possessing extreme pornographic images.
Neil Deller, 41, was charged yesterday (Wednesday) and has been bailed to attend Colchester Magistrates’ Court on April 28.
Detective Inspector Danny Stoten said: “We are aware that Mr Deller has worked as a music tutor in the Essex and Hertfordshire areas.
“All of the charges relate to images that are believed to have been downloaded from the internet but if there is anyone who has any concerns I would ask them to contact the Essex Police Online Investigation Team on 101.”
