POLICE are appealing for information after a man was left with “serious facial injuries” when a large fight broke out in Saffron Walden high street in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday).
Officers were called to the scene at 12.45am and have since cordoned off areas on both sides of the road.
The injured man was taken to hospital with a suspected broken jaw but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Anyone with information about the incident has been asked to call officers at Saffron Walden Police Station on 101.
