IT’S been a busy Olympic day at Stansted Airport today with athletes from South Africa, Azerbaijan and Argentina arriving.
The Uttlesford transport hub is also expecting 80 members of the Greek team at approximately 6pm this evening, followed closely by members of the New Zealand judo team.
Earlier today the 80-strong US swimming team also made a splash when they flew into one of the private terminals.
Tomorrow there are 60 members of the Serbian team arriving and about 50 members of the Canadian swimming team.
