Calendar of photographs documenting Saffron Walden is launched

Saffron Walden Tourist Information Centre and Megan Ridgewell are pleased to announce the launch of the official 2016 Saffron Walden Calendar. All images have been taken by Megan, then compiled by her husband Gordon and printed by local company Printing.com. Pictures this year include some lovely images of Saffron Walden Common, Gold Street, Bridge Street, the Market Square and many more.

 

Megan said ‘I am delighted with the new calendar, Printing.com have done a superb job in reproducing my images and I hope that the calendar will appeal to local residents and visitors alike’

 

Mark Starte, TIC Duty Manager, said ‘we have worked in partnership with Megan and Gordon for many years and the calendar has always proved a big seller for us, selling out each time. I am confident that the 2016 calendar will do the same.’

 

The calendar is available from the Tourist Information Centre for £5.95

A calendar of pictures of Saffron Walden has gone on sale this week.

Megan Ridgewell photographed the town for the 2016 edition, with her pictures – including shots of the Common, Gold Street, Bridge Street and the Market Square – compiled by husband Gordon and printed by Printing.com.

Mrs Ridgewell said: “I am delighted with the new calendar and I hope that it will appeal to residents and visitors alike.”
