A children’s TV star will be putting the “icing on the Christmas cake” when he brings an interactive festive show to a Saffron Walden nursery next week.

Tumble Downs on Shire Hill will host a party with a difference, when Joe Chambers, aka First Officer Ditti, star of the CBeebies TV show The Rhyme Rocket, teams up once again with iTunes best-selling children’s musician, Mr Yipadee.

The pair headlined the Kidz Field at Glastonbury in June, and are now touring the country with their show.

“It was amazing to be performing at Glastonbury earlier this year, and now to be able to bring a fun, interactive show to the heart of the local community is the icing on the Christmas cake!” Joe commented whilst in the recording studio, creating his new album.

“The kids and families will get a chance to meet, sing and dance with the us in the lead up to Christmas. The show is followed by a signing and photo oportunity where everybody can get a photo with us.”

The show takes place at 4.30pm next Tuesday, December 9. Tickets cost £10 for toddlers on the door, with parents and babies going free.
