Cute dogs are helping to raise money for charity as part of a Valentine’s Day competition happening in Saffron Walden this week (February 17).

Intercounty, an estate agents in Saffron Walden, are hosting the photography event in aid of Guide Dogs for the Blind.

Dogs will be professionally photographed by Rebecca Callaghan in the Intercounty office on the Saffron Walden High Street, and all entries will be uploaded to Facebook.

The owner of the dog pictured with the most likes will receive a £50 Pets at Home voucher and a canvas print of the snap to keep.

Everybody can have a digital copy of their picture.

Tara Allen, a sales negotiator at Intercounty said she was excited for the event.

She said: “I am a dog owner so I will be bringing my dog in. I am excited and looking forward to seeing the dogs run amok and have fun.”

Appointments are £10, and must be booked on 01799 522641.
