CHILDREN from The Chesterfords Pre-school entertained parents and grandparents with their traditional nativity play last week.
The two performances, which were held at the Community Centre in Great Chesterford, included traditional Christmas carols as well as more modern Christmas songs. Parents enjoyed coffee and mince pies with the nativity.
Chairman of the pre-school committee, Gaelle Curtin, said: "The children have put in a lot of hard work over the last two weeks and they have all been practicing the words to the songs at home.
"They absolutely loved putting on the show and dressing up in different costumes. Everyone at the pre-school is really proud of what they have achieved. They all did really well.
