Chesterford Research Park welcomes new face to the Nucleus team
THE fitness centre at Chesterford Research Park has moved to strengthen its team with the appointment of a new assistant manager.
THE fitness centre at Chesterford Research Park has moved to strengthen its team with the appointment of a new assistant manager.
Frankie has a number of years experience in the health and fitness industry, most recently with Nuffield Health, where she worked as a personal trainer.
Deciding on a career within the fitness industry from a young age, her aim has always been to support clients reach their health and fitness goals in an enjoyable and sustainable way.
Frankie has a National Diploma in Sports Studies from Cambridge Regional College, in addition to which she has also gained industry standard qualifications in gym instructing, personal training and nutrition and weight management.
The air-conditioned gym at the Nucleus Fitness Centre at Chesterford Research Park is fully equipped with:
