Two courageous women who had their heads shaved for charity have raised over £900 raised for Macmillan and counting.

Mother and daughter, Elli Sharpe and Sara Sumner “Braved the Shave” at Just Hair in Saffron Walden.

Elli and Sara have good reasons to support Macmillan having lost Elli’s dad Brian, auntie Mim and a number friends to cancer and to support those who are currently being treated.

Lisa, the owner of Just Hair, and Lisa B hosted the event, providing clippers and time for free.

Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the largest British charities and provides specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer.
