DOES your teddy bear have a head for heights?
At Littlebury’s annual Summer Fete at Holy Trinity Church, on Sunday, adventurous teddies will be given the opportunity to be hauled to the top of the church tower, and then fly back down to earth by zipwire! To revive our daring cuddly friends, special tiny teas will be available so they can picnic together and share their experiences in their own Teddies’ Tent. It won’t just be the teddies having fun, traditional cream teas, ice creams, cakes, Pimm’s and beer will be available, and music from the Humphrey Crick Band will help the afternoon go with a swing. The ever-popular tombola and White Elephant stall will be back, along with a bouncy castle, children’s activities and much more.
Entry to the fete, which runs from 2–4.30pm in and around the church, is free.
