A WOMAN has been charged with drink driving after startled motorists on the M11 were confronted by her black Peugot 307 travelling north on the southbound carriageway.
Police received numerous phone calls around 7.25pm on Tuesday June 22 from other motorists.
One driver managed to get the woman’s car off the carriageway near the roadworks north of the Stansted Airport junction.
The 42-year-old woman, from Enfield, has been bailed to appear at Harlow magistrates court on June 30.
