MOTORISTS are being warned to expect longer journeys as planned repair work to the M11 takes place this weekend.
Emergency repairs to the bridge joints on Stansted Rail bridge, which crosses the M11 between junction eight and nine. The work will take place between 9pm on Friday July 15 and 6am on Saturday July 16.
While this essential work takes place, one lane of the southbound carriageway past the works area will be closed.
