An Elsenham man has been fined and ordered to undertake drug rehabilitation for breaching a restraining order after an incident in Roydon, near Harlow, on Tuesday (Aug 2).
Adam White, 26, of Stansted Road, Elsenham, was arrested after a disturbance at an address off the High Street in Roydon at around 7pm.
He was charged with breach of a civil injunction, breach of a restraining order and criminal damage, and appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Thursday, August 4).
White was ordered to pay costs of £25, a victim surcharge of £60, and the judge also imposed a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and 40 hours of unpaid work.
