ESSEX: Burglars make off with £15,000 of goods from Great Chesterford property

DETECTIVES are appealing for information and witnesses after a house burglary in Great Chesterford in which £15,000 worth of goods were stolen.

Between 9.30am on March 16 and 3pm on March 17, suspects gained entry to a property in High Street by smashing the glass in a rear door, causing an estimated £200 of damage.

The burglars then stole electrical equipment and jewellery with an estimated total value of around £15,000.
