ESSEX Record Office would like to inform residents that from Monday November 9 to Saturday November 21 the Essex Record Office Searchroom will be closed for stocktaking.
It will reopen on Monday November 23.
The closure will allow staff at the Record Office to undertake re-boxing and re-shelving and to check entries in the online catalogue, Seax.
People will still be able to use the online catalogue and visit the Access Points at Saffron Walden, Harlow and Southend. Details of what is at the access points and our online catalogue can be found at www.essex.gov.uk/ero.
