Everyone is invited to a consultation exhibition about the possibility of a new primary school building in Stansted tomorrow (November 16).
It would be built on the site of the former St Mary’s Church of England Primary School - pupils of the school are at the moment learning in the Peter Kirk Centre on the site.
Essex County Council say that it will provide a stimulating educational environment, would meet the school’s educational need, and fits well on the school site.
Details of the proposal can be found online at www.essexinsight.org.uk, and comments will be considered until November 21, when a planning proposal will be submitted to the council.
The event will be held at Magna Carta Primary Academy, Peter Kirk building, St John’s Road, from 3.30pm to 7.30pm.
