Folk fans get excited: enigmatic indie sweetheart Laura Marling is coming to Cambridge Corn Exchange.

The prolific 25-year-old will play music from her fifth album, Short Movie, the first to be self-produced and one made as a result of an extended period of reflection.

The album is said to mark a change in the star’s sound and development, with an electric, free feel.

Tickets for the gig, on Wednesday, April 22, cost £22.50 and are available from cornex.co.uk
