WITH the London Olympics just 76 days away, students at Katherine Semar Infants School in Saffron Walden were treated to an inside look at the life of an athlete.
Former Team GB gymnast Steven Lee was in school last week to teach the children the benefits of a healthy lifestyle while showing them the tricks of the trade needed to become a world class athlete.
He then treated the entire school, plus three lucky helpers, to a showcase of his gymnastic abilities which included free wheels, hand stands and flips. The children were more than a little impressed!
