A FRAUD investigation in Saffron Walden has led police to release CCTV images of a woman that they wish to interview.

At around 10.50am on Monday September 21, at Waitrose on Hill Street, an unidentified woman falsely presented a receipt for a bottle of wine to a cashier and received John Lewis vouchers to the value of £6.

The woman is described as being in her early to mid 30s, around 5ft 7ins tall, with shoulder length dark hair, and speaking with a slight accent, possibly South African.
