SAFFRON Screen will be holding a free screening of the excellent Woody Allen film, Vicky Cristina Barcelona, for local teachers and support staff on Thursday March 19.

The social event is aimed at building partnerships with schools and promoting the upcoming Young People's Film Festival from May 15 to 18.

The festival will be an exciting weekend of screenings, director and writer talks and hands-on workshops.

The screening is also a 'thank-you' to all the hard work of local teaching staff. Drinks and nibbles at 5pm, screening at 5.30pm.

All teachers and support staff and their partners are welcome. They should register their interest by March 16 at mailinglist@saffronscreen.com, stating their name and school to reserve a place.
