IN a male dominated profession two more ladies have passed their exams to become qualified funeral directors.
Joanne Dellow and Liz Roberts, staff at independent family funeral directors Daniel Robinson & Sons, have been awarded certificates in Funeral Administration from the Independent Funeral Directors College. Viv Harris also completed a Level Two to obtain his Operatives Certificate.
Managing director, Gary Neill, said: "Daniel Robinson & Sons has always strived to train staff to a very high standard. All staff commence a vigorous training programme with the Independent Funeral Directors College (IFD).
"It's upon achieving these results our staff are able to offer a professional service, caring assistance and compassion to families during their time of need.
