A ‘Swinging 60s’ fete will be held at a Saffron Walden school this weekend.
St Mary’s Primary School, on Castle Street, is inviting people to come along and have a “groovy time” with live music, face painting, a Pimms tent, bouncy castle, BBQ and much more.
There will be a Yellow Submarine cafe and a sixties fancy dress competition, complete with prizes, for young and old alike.
A raffle with prizes including a £50 restaurant voucher, luxury hamper and more will also take place on the day.
The festivities will run from 1-4pm on Sunday, so get your 60s clobber on and get down there!
