Police would like to speak to the man pictured in connection with an incident at the Lord Butler Fitness and Leisure Centre in Peaslands Road, Saffron Walden.
A man was seen acting suspiciously in changing rooms at about 8pm on Tuesday, January 6.
Police would like to trace the man pictured in the CCTV image.
He was clean shaven and wore a dark tracksuit top with stripes along the sleeves.
Anyone with information is asked to call Pc Trevor Hazell at Saffron Walden police station on 101.
