Police would like to identify the man in this efit after a robber posing as a car buyer stole a vehicle on a test drive.
The victim, from the Saffron Walden area, had advertised his black Nissan Navara for sale and the robber came to view the car.
The owner then drove the suspect to Rickling Green, Saffron Walden, at about 2.15pm on Monday, March 2 and stopped at Thistley Crescent.
The robber got out of the passenger seat, went round to the driver’s side and as the driver got out of his seat, grabbed the keys from his hand.
He pulled the car owner out of the vehicle and pushed him into the road, then jumped back into the car and drove off.
Dc Craig Baron, of Braintree CID, said: “The victim hung onto the door and was holding on as the robber drove off.
“It was a very nasty incident and he sustained severe grazing to both arms.
