Police investigating the criminal damage of a phone box on High Street on Friday, April 10, Saffron Walden, have released CCTV of a man they are trying to trace, Friday, April 10 at 5pm. Police investigating the criminal damage of a phone box have released CCTV of a man they are trying to trace.

The suspect walked into the phone box on Saffron Walden High Street and cut the wire to the phone leaving it unusable.

The incident happened between 5pm and 5.15pm on Friday April 10.

The man police are trying to trace is described as Asian, aged in his late 30s to early 40s, clean shaven and wore a grey beanie hat and dark clothing.

Anyone with information or who recognises the man from the CCTV image can contact PC Hannah Griffiths at Braintree police station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
